Every day I read all of the Cybertruck articles spewed across the internet, all there seem to be is hit pieces. Now I'm reading that Reddit has a group of over 100K members who do nothing except complain about the Cybertruck. I've disliked plenty of cars over the years, but never cared enough to join a club of haters. Maybe it's jealously because they can't afford one? Maybe these people are unemployed and have too much time on their hands? Maybe they're bots put out by the fossil fuel industry? Who knows? Sometimes I feel like Jack Black in the movie Shallow Hal marveling over Gwyneth Paltrow's beauty while everyone else around me thinks I'm crazy. It's nice to be here among friends! Please share your thoughts!

I think that level of hate they have is going to be hard to maintain when there are many more CTs out there. For me it is the most amazing vehicle i have ever driven or owned. These pinhead haters represent an very small part of society. I agree that they are mostly paid trolls.

Just another reason why I try to avoid the media and never watch TV unless I'm in a hotel. When you go years without television and you turn it on while staying in a hotel you realize how braindead and obvious the information is that they're pushing. Most of the time its pharmaceutical drugs with side effects of death. I swear I'm not making this up but a few weeks ago at my last stay I had the TV on in the background and heard an ad about a drug with a side effect of the thing they were trying to fix.

I'll continue to ignore media as much as I can, yes its pushed in front of our faces everywhere we go.

It’s extremely annoying. Negativity gets clicks unfortunately. To me it’s like when the AirPods came out. Everyone was bashing them saying they looked ridiculous. I bought them on day 1 knowing that they would catch on. And now what we have is this: Anyone with AirPods looks like a freaking stud. They show that you have enough to have the nicest things. They have incredible utility. They are just amazing! I can’t live without my AirPods Pro! This is how the CyberTruck is. All of the whiney babies will shut up after a while, after they realize that basically all humans covet these vehicles.

And when all is said and done, when the dust settles, I could care LESS what anyone thinks, because the utility that I get from this truck is enough to make me feel like I’m living a fantasy life!

I am in love with the CyberTruck. I feel like it was made for me. ‍?

? true! Wherever I go and park people are swarming and asking the right questions, can I tow my boat is the most asked by guys. Ladies, especially older ladies asks if they can take their pictures next to it. Few politely asked if they can look at the inside including a GA State patrol chap. OTOH, internet sites are full of hatred but then you can just block them.

I agree with the statement that it’s driven by the fact that negative articles drive negative reactions and emotions and equal clicks which translate into cold hard ?.

You can also see it with YouTube videos. Some YouTubers don’t even try to experience a Cybertruck first hand before bashing it because the haters don’t need facts, they just need negativity to feed that hate. There are a lot of cars and trucks I don’t like but none of them to the point I’d take 2 seconds out of my day to hate post about.

There are a ton of threads on this forum about owners positive experiences and their love of their trucks. About off roading, towing, camping, hauling, and doing the same thing all other trucks can do. Any stories about them? Of course not. Those will only contradict what they’ve already posted and that’s not what makes money.

IMO it’s just about the money because although we all have negative experiences to share, the overwhelming majority have been positive with people loving the truck and excited to see one in person. I have not had ONE day go by without someone asking questions or telling me how much they like it.
