yeah that sucks, Tesla is just too busy now. That's what happens when they grow too big. For me, when I made the decision to buy the Cybertruck I was fully prepared for something to go wrong with it. It's just the reality of being first to a new product like this.Yes it was finally repaired, but I know several other cyber truck owners who have been waiting up to 1.5 months for the repair. It really sucks because Tesla doesn’t communicate anything. In fact the majority of the wait comes from awaiting delivery from parts off the manufacturing floor. Tesla’s customer service stinks and we all paid $20K more to be the literal test dummies for Tesla. I still love my truck, but the experience has me worried for the next time there’s an issue. Tesla’s support has dropped off a cliff compared to when I owned my first one 8 years ago.
