Would you have Purchased the CT if, "it looked more like a normal truck?"

Why did you choose a CT?

Since you asked…here’s my CT story.

Tesla was offering FSD owners free rollovers and I wasn’t convinced that my 2019 M3P was going to ever obtain true FSD so I took a leap of faith that maybe a HW4 vehicle would.
I test drove a new M3P, a CT, and a model S (was eyeing the plaid but they refused to let me drive one)….i honestly think that decision lost them a plaid sale as the interior on the regular model s was atrocious wood grain and it changed the experience for me.

After the test drives I was leaning M3P as I refuse to drop 120k on a car I can’t test drive on principle and the regular model s felt old and shitty. The CT was cool but I wasn’t sold on the massive size.

I forced my wife to ride in each of them as well…this is where the tides shifted. Her impressions were basically “the only one worth buying is the CT”. It was hilarious, after sitting in the CT she was sold. Passenger princess was smiling.

Her daily is a C8 corvette for reference.

I now daily the CT and find the size larger than “perfect”, however holy crap is it useful. I find the appearance comical and my personality is one that enjoys irritating others. The fact that people hate it brings me a tiny bit of joy. FSD is massively better than it was on my model 3 and that’s important as I drive about 70miles daily for my commute. Well that’s a lie. The truck drives 70 miles daily for my commute.

The Cybertruck has 6-feet bed, 5-seats, a frunk, a flat cabin floor...... and can completely drive itself from point A to point B (with FSD.)

Mind is AWD, and it has both front-and-rear mechanical locking differentials.

With four wheel steering, it could make a U-turn in tight streets that my RAM couldn't.

Friends said mine (with the wrap) looked like the M577 APC in the Aliens movie, and I kinda liked it, lol.

Heck, I will buy it again.

Wrap looks great, is it black or grey?
