There is no concrete visible in the photo. That's steel that is painted white. It has some massive fillets welded on for strength which may make it look like bulkier concrete but it's just painted steel and it's absolutely massive! It comes apart for easier shipping but even the individual pieces are massive.Thank you for pointing that out. The bulwarks are the mass standing vertical, piping encasements and hydraulics, I assumed encased in concrete for mass. That which is standing ships w/o concrete to save weight. The whole assembled bulwark shown may even ship in sections to be stacked at GigaAustin and poured at destination into one massive piece as seen atop the steel beams.
The wide-flange steel floor beams? Those don’t ship, as you mention. I missed that. Instead the standing bulwark is destined to be anchored to concrete foundation at floor level in GigaAustin.
