that's the miscommunication ... now i see my mistake

i wasn't posting that tweet as an example of proof of certification

i was posting that tweet as an example of people impression-farming by propagating unsubstantiated or misunderstood information to lead people to believe production is further advanced that it is, thereby leading to confusion and disappointment

i stand by that

Well, they're going to be pushing 100 cars built, more than enough for testing, tweaking, crashing and EPA certification. They would then have to either shut down the line or keep it going, so assuming everything is coming out fine, they might as well start making those trucks and selling them as soon as they receive the green light from the powers in gov't.

I'm going to guess here. I have a feeling this is more "timeframe" related. As in, we may learn more about specific dates for unveiling and/or production start.

We always look at production development wholistically when that doesn't paint the whole picture. Each component and piece goes through iterating from initial to final configuration and sometimes those affect further processes and sometimes they are stand-alone items.

Point is, each example is a chance to get the thousands of processes down.

Just for s#!ts n' giggles — what would y'all think of an 8-piece (4 pcs. per side) rubberized door protector set that would adhere to the door panels, visually breaking up the expansive stainless steel sides of the CT?

Btw, the "protection" would not be for the doors so much as for whatever it is the doors might make contact with! ?

I am not sure if they really missed it. I think they have so many things that are really important to worry about at this stage of the game that taking the tire out to set it up correctly with the rim for this hubcap which may not even be in the final production pick may be considered a waste of time. They probably asked a boss, should we worry about it and they were told no. I am hoping that is the case.
