It would be even more impressive if it would tell you how high the obstacle is as well, and then ask if you want to clear it.

It would be nice to see object measurements like that. But obviously it would just be an estimate and drivers would still be taking a risk. Probably better for Tesla to not do it so it doesn't show a 21 inch jagged rock as 14 inches and you think you'll clear it by 3 inches but you end up slamming into it. Then we would likely end up with more stories of Tesla in the news and how their system is giving false confidence which ends with customers damaging their cybertrucks.

We will still have our front camera and I remember them hinting at a UI that sort of shows terrain, so that might have obstacles that we could be warned about. Whether it gives obstacle sizes or not, it would be really nice to see roughly where they are.

This is pretty cool. When you adjust the suspension ride height on your Cybertruck, the display will show the overall vehicle height and ground clearance at the new suspension height.

That is wonderful. Since the Cybertruck is supposed to level itself on uneven terrain, or when there is a load in the bed, Tesla could take this even further and it would be even better. Maybe over time?

Dynamic approach, breakover, and departure angle calculation on the display might be interesting to see too. Not that most people can correlate that to what they see outside well, but just as an informative "this is why you want to be in high while offroading" kind of thing.

Would be cool to have a front facing camera mounted underneath and toward the back so you can really see the obstacles you’re about to drive over, like how I think Land Rover has.

Pretty nice! I had a Range Rover defender that did this as well. Very helpful when entering a parking garage.

I'm curious, how does this affect going into a parking garage?

Would definitely help. I always question myself around Houston in my current truck.

Ahhh ok thanks. That's what I figured but I wasn't sure if it was more about going over the speed humps in there. Does anyone know the max height of cyber truck?
In the image of post it's at 5'9" which seems pretty low.
