Hey guys,
I picked up my Cyberbeast Tri-Motor Truck last Saturday, March 23rd here in California.
I brought it to be wrapped and have the windows tinted. Upon picking up the truck everything was fine. I drove about 20 minutes to get dinner and I parked the truck and locked the doors and went inside.
About an hour later I come outside to see that the hazard lights were blinking, and nothing I do is allowing me to shut them off. ?
I’ve tried all of the basic stuff like a soft reset using the scroll wheels, powering down the vehicle using the touchscreen. I’ve even gone as far to unplug the touch assembly control unit following the instructions in the owners manual (found here). Unfortunately, even after disconnecting the unit and plugging it back in, the hazard lights continue to remain on. I’ve tried calling technical support, and the only thing they offered to do is have the vehicle towed, but since it’s still drivable, I didn’t want to do that and I drove it home.
I have it plugged in on the charger right now, and other than the hazard lights, blinking, there is no indication on the dash, no notifications in the system, nothing at all to indicate that there’s a problem, and absolutely no way to shut them off from the screen. It’s pretty unfortunate that Tesla doesn’t have any other way to turn them off other than the touch sensor on the overhead console.
Anyone have any ideas? I guess I’ll need to drive it into the local service center tomorrow with the hazard lights on the whole time. ??

Update:
I’d like to report that I was able to find the issue, isolate it and address it so that the hazard lights turned off. It’s important because if someone else comes across the same issue, I want them to find the solution as well.
Upon having the front windshield tinted, a little bit of water got inside of the assembly unit above where the hazard lights are located. Since it is a sensitive hazard light button, I’m assuming that the small amount of water underneath caused it to malfunction.
I removed the assembly carefully, and unplugged it, took it inside my home and sprayed some isopropyl alcohol on the inside and used a blow dryer and compressed air to get any residue of water out from the inside.
After giving it about an hour to dry and plugging it back in, the hazard light button was responsive again and all is well. I hope this helps for anyone else that might get into a similar situation after having their window tinted.
