Well this is the trick they normally do. The delivery associate will tell you anything and everything you want to hear. Then when you come back for the service appointment, the tech will tell you "within spec". Especially for panel alignments, they will tell you upfront it will be fixed, and then the tech won't do it when you come back.Bummer as a new owner to have to accept something that sinks your heart.
If you are not happy ask them to fix, if they say its within spec, reject and ask if you can have the next truck when available.
