In your contract with Tesla under "Agreement to Arbitrate" you can email your dispute, I did this. They have 60 days to respond and if you disagree with their response you can go to small claims court.
This is the email I wrote Tesla:

Resolution Team,
I recently purchased a 2024 Cybertruck AWD VIN: 7G2CEHED0RA00XXXX. Before my delivery, I received a survey about the installation of the Powershare equipment. In the survey, I explained I would be moving in a few years and would like to hold off on installation. I received a call from the certified Tesla installer and explained my situation. They told me they needed to reach out to Tesla for further instructions. I never heard back.
On March 21, 2024, I received an email from Tesla stating my Powershare Home Backup was canceled and I would receive a $700 voucher. $700 is far less than the cost of the equipment purchased as part of the Foundation Series. The Universal Wall Charger costs $620 and the Powershare Home Backup (Gateway V3 est. $1300-$1800) with a total value estimated at $1920-$2420. This is far less than the $700 voucher issued.
I have attached a photo of what was included in the $20,000 Foundation Series. As you can see, a Universal Wall Charger and Powershare Home Backup equipment are part of the purchase price.
My suggested resolution is to provide Supercharging credit equivalent to the value of purchased equipment with an expiration date of 5 years from the date issued.

Thank you for your consideration of this matter,
Oh man, this is amazing. I am taking this to next step. I love it. Thanks so much

So my Tesla assigned Powershare installer has declined to handle my project.
The said they had issues in the past dealing with the inspectors in my area (south Jersey).
I had emailed out requests for quotes on the Powershare installation to other Tesla certified installers in my area. One installer replied back that Tesla does not want other installers to submit installation quotes if they are not the assigned installer. WFT !
Since the assigned installer has declined, I was told that I need to contact Tesla and have the project reassigned to a different installer. I tried contacting Tesla on Friday about this and was unable to get a hold of the proper person/team, instead being bounced around from person to person.
I will try again today. CT delivery could happen by the end of the week or beginning of next.
Luckily I have a few supercharges close to my home, during the interim.

The site survey tech just left and was from Tesla Energy. He said he only goes to sites where Tesla will be doing the install and that they are much cheaper than anyone else.

This should be a no-brainer. I'd need a store credit as I'll never need to use the Supercharges.

Unless there is some huge misunderstanding about the hardware's value, it makes no sense for them to lowball everyone and upset anyone that pays any attention. It's like someone at Tesla thinks it's funny and wants to see how far they can push folks. Like, even with the store credit they now seem to offer, they want you to use it all at once or lose out on any monies left over.

They are not just cutting you a check and making it easy for their customers, they also want you lose out on any value in Supercharging credit you do use in 6 months or to buy more stuff from them and for less than the hardware was worth and all in a one time only purchases.

LG did not want to fix my new $5k OLED TV and gave me the amount of the TV pulse a percent on top as a store credit, so more than I spent and it says I have 5 years to use it.

I got the Tesla Powershare Customer Agreement today. The price seems a little high ($3500) and there don't seem to be any details on what all will be installed, where and why. :(

What’s the email for Tesla dispute? I can’t seem to find it, thanks!
