I had, on a previous appointment, had them fix the driver gap on the top left, which they fixed, but I never noticed it tightened up the bottom left corner of the driver door. Doesn't hit/touch but sorta bothers me they didn't align them all. Would this gap bother you? I have it in a future appointment anyway, but just curious on your gaps, opinions. Pic with arrow is the main one. Circled gap is where it sticks out a little over the rear door, didn't get a pic of that angle.

Doesn’t bother me. Tesla seems to struggle with that on new models. I’ll bet you dollars to donuts the new Model Y Launch Series will have some lines that aren’t quite lines. They figure it out in a couple years lol. In the meantime, I didn’t buy this truck to baby it so I don’t really care if a door line is a millimeter off top to bottom.

Tesla build quality improves over time.

The Model Y’s were notorious for rear lift gates that were always out of alignment. The factory figured out a fix and now practically all of the lift gate alignment warranty work has disappeared.

yeah, trying to not let my ocd get to me. It "mostly" doesn't bother me lol. Doubt I'll have them adjust it as I always feel once they mess with it, something else goes out of whack.

If it's any consolation, NO ONE, except you, will notice whatever it is you're noticing... Especially if it really is in the pictures you posted. o_O
I'm not trying to be rude, but it's definitely just you is all I'm sayin'!

I enjoyed this this morning, so thought I'd share:

Whatever mine is it is ok. It’s a truck and gaps are a minor thing to me, not to mention I have had much worse from established OEMs.

As with everything. Poke the bear, expect the result.

None of the Teslas coming out of Giga Shanghai have panel gaps. I wonder why.

I am OCD and this drives me crazy. My railing over the top of windows doesn’t line up with my bed panel. Just not excusable to me for a 120k truck. I have 5-10 little minorish things (seat belt issue, door open button came off, cameras have dirt behind the glass) like that on my 3 month old truck. Never had a Chevy or Ford with simple manufacturing QC issues. That said they also didn’t drive themselves so I am trying to give them grace but it is tough to let stuff like that slide go
