Same here, have tried recalibrating after every new update, scheduled for cameras cleaning with next service but as other posters here have mentioned my truck “knows” it’s riding the yellow line and crossing over on long sweepers, because the ui shows the truck on/over the line. I’ve reported ad nauseum.Am I alone with this issue? I have used FSD in my model y and it’s spot on dead center. The cybertruck seems to be wanting g to ride the line to almost hitting the rumble strips. Is this just software or something more series like cameras are not calibrated properly?

CT on HW4 and most recent FSD, is way behind my 3year old model Y with HW3 and fewer cameras.......
Yeah mine does not maintain its own lane on left or right corners….it will drift inside the lane over to the lane, make a feeble effort to hug the line, and then drift over the line, at which point it will give up and drift into the adjacent lane with zero turn signal. And then it will do the same thing in the next lane if the corner continues. It also doesn’t seem to give a crap about a car in the adjacent lane, either, will not give adequate cushion (but I haven’t allowed it to fully cutoff or push another driver out of their lane. Maybe I should test that with a buddy in the adjacent, see if he has to avoid me (with nobody else around…)? Mine also has restarted that dumb behavior of moving over to the fast lane and refusing (despite turn signal and steering pressure) to move back into a middle or right lane. I swear Highway FSD has regressed badly, and I’m preparing for another 20-hr roadtrip this week.CT lane behavior is inconsistent, but the primary reason I have for disengaging is being “too huggy” to either the yellow or white lines. The visualization matches the behavior, it’s just poor driving. It freaks drivers out - but stays in the lanes. Can confirm my wife’s 2018 M3 on HW3 has much better lane centering, it’s a CT thing and lingering.
I’m having the same frustration with the left lane hog and ignoring or taking forever to move over when I signal. FSD is really great in the city, but I still don’t use it in dumb traffic after a sporting event - too many crazy drivers around making illegal turns and cramming their way along. The Cybercab will need to be able to do it, but it’s not something I want to participate in training.Yeah mine does not maintain its own lane on left or right corners….it will drift inside the lane over to the lane, make a feeble effort to hug the line, and then drift over the line, at which point it will give up and drift into the adjacent lane with zero turn signal. But again, oddly the urban driving has become SO GOOD that I’m sufficiently impressed…if only I were more patient I’d let it drive me all over town. FSD urban in “Hurry-up” is still a bit too cautious, and the NHTSA-mandated stop sign “complete stop + 2 second wait” is unnatural in the real world, makes other drivers annoyed and causes confusion at four-way stops.
Good thought. I’ll pay attention to that.Mine does hug the left lane at times. I think most times centered. I thought it might be a way to view the cars ahead or behind for a lane change.
Same with my FSD, it likes one side of the lane and also like to right in the far right lane for 30 miles on the same road.100%!! Especially, when next to a divider and at high speeds. A little too close for comfort. Been patiently waiting to have this corrected.
This is a known issue my last road trip of 750 miles from South Florida to Northern Alabama. I would say at least 50 miles of the trip. It was biased to the left line forcing me sometimes to take over. I hope this gets fixed in the next update.Am I alone with this issue? I have used FSD in my model y and it’s spot on dead center. Me too but sounds like it’s been an issue for quite some time now and still not fixed.
