Wow, thank for your response and with such detail!!
Looks like it would be easier just cutting them at the front each end to access the threaded hole in middle , any idea how long and size for that hole? (Big ask I know).

If you are installing anything substantial, I think you'ld be better off using the side bolts rather than cantilevering it off the front.

Not sure on front thread size, Y and X are different sizes and Y, at least, is a left handed thread.

Do you have any idea what the purpose for this modification on Cybertruck ?

Thank you for the suggestion in using existing 4 bolts on each mounting.

I’m curious about one important thing. How will a tow truck driver load the Cybertruck onto the flatbed without these tow points? Or do you think you’ll never require the services of a tow truck notwithstanding all the posts to the contrary on this forum?

Obviously I wasn’t aware of that. Thank you for the post.
FWIW, the parts catalog and service manual also call out covers that go where the front hooks are in place of them. Haven't seen a tow hook to go with that setup though...

I guess my only concern with removing the tow hooks is that the tow truck driver now has just 1 option and depending on the orientation of the truck it could be very difficult extracting it depending on the situation.

This is probably a poor example, but I think it makes my point. Say you’re charging at a supercharger, experience a major fault of some sort, and the truck won’t move. So if I’m relying on the rear tow points, that would infer the tow truck would have to somehow drag it sideways somehow without tearing things up. And I’m not sure a reputable tow truck operator would do so. Plus, I doubt those rear tow points are designed for this kind of side load.

I like options and so personally, I think removing the front tow points is a mistake.

Edited - grammar
