Good catch about the adjustable ride height. I might just adjust the ride height to match my existing ball mount rise/drop and use that $135 for more towing classes.
I don't think so. Tow mode is tow mode. I didn't see a way to raise it. Also, the hitch is really low. I had to invert my hitch to use it.

Interesting! I’ve towed two different U-Haul trailers, an auto hauler and a 5x8 open cargo. The hitch I used was an old one that worked on my last truck. It has a 4 inch drop. It worked well enough on the Cybertruck that I didn’t ever think about adjusting anything.

I dont know, havent worked it out yet...and cant get to their site right now - basically need about .5-1" longer part that goes into the 2" receiver. I think the 4" adjustment is sufficient, but not if you can only put in the down position.

Haha, well let's hope if you are going to tow that you know those 101 basics :)

Wondering if an adjustable one will be useful ... considering the adjustable air suspension.
I bought this adjustable one:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CPL5JMQD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1

So far I haven't had to use any adjustment - the trailer is level when the hitch is in the neutral position and the truck suspension is in the Low. In fact there is so much length on that adjustable piece that I was thinking about maybe shortening it so it doesn't hit something on the road (very little clearance when it's facing down).

You would think that by now they would know the answer and have that up on an FAQ or something.

If you take your truck to a U Haul location they will look at it and supply you with what you need for what you are towing. They are very competent in getting you the right hitch and length for your set up. It’s inexpensive for what it does.

Mine hardly has a drop but when I left the rental place, the excavator's trailer looked low enough to hit speed bumps. I flipped the hitch at home for the trip back.

Do not know if this helps but when I tow my pontoon boat, from the Home Screen I choose ride height and use medium to tow, then when launching my boat I use high to aid in launching and loading at the ramp.
I have not tried this yet but you do have a custom setting under dynamics (where you choose chill, beast etc..) I believe that custom can set any ride height/drive mode when set up and selected.
