Depends on what you are pulling. In most cases you will need to go down an inch or two. Agree with those that think mount is tucked too far under. Reno 4" adjustable 12,500 lbs capacity is what I have and is well made, easily adjustable. A bit large and heavy but so are the rest that are that tough.
Is the Reno hitch shank long enough to allow it to be used upside down as a rise hitch on the Cybertruck?

I got the Shocker Air Trailer Tongue Mount and a cheap Home Depot ball hitch in the truck.

Pro:
You can still open the tail gate
You don't have a huge hitch when not towing
Reduced stress on the truck and trailer

Cons:
It's attached to a single trailer
You need to fill in the air pressure correctly or it's bouncy.

B&W Continuum weight distribution hitch with 274RKW travel trailer. Easy to remove and reconnect plus very adjustable.

I am a huge fan of the Weigh-Safe hitches, have a couple, including a new weight-distribution hitch that BARELY clears the bumper (see pics). Here is my weight distribution scale result, dialed in perfectly for a rig that maxes out the truck’s capability, along with a few pics of the set-up. The only issue is the 75-mile max range!

Note the weight on the Weigh-Safe hitch shown below at over 2,500 pounds is the dialed-in pressure on the ball, not the actual tongue weight, which is measured before setting the hitch up with the control/spring arms, at which time the indicated weight is much higher. The tongue weight remains the same, which in this case is just over 1,000 pounds, so at the limit, but within specs and right where it needs to be. The system tows great for a very short distance. At 55 mph, it consumes around 1,400 kWh. Untenable for anything but very short runs.

Looking for advice: I will pick up a (new to me) Airstream Bambi 20FB this week. The trailer weighs approximately 4,000 lbs with tongue weight of around 550. It comes with a Blue Ox 10000/1000 WDH that the previous owner used on his Ram 1500.
I hooked it up with a simple hitch and of course the Cybertruck has no problem leveling out.
Question: should I use the WDH? I like the idea of distributing more weight on the front wheels; also the sway control, but concerned about the stress on the hitch when the truck pitches up (e.g. going over high speed bumps in our neighborhood). The weight is not nothing, but on the low end of what the Cybertruck can handle.

At 550, WD isn't super needed, especially if you have an AWD. Plus not having the arms to unhook will make non-trailer friendly charge stops much easier.
I switched from Blue Ox to B&W Continuum after getting home with our 900+ tongue weight trailer on a Beast.

Nice looking rig!

I wouldn't use a WD hitch, 550 lbs. tongue weight is not a problem. I would put my heaviest cargo in the frunk and the front of the bed, insure proper tire pressure (65 psi) and use a ball mount with a good fit in the receiver (and as short as practical). Sometimes simpler is better.

The Cybertruck Owner's Manual doesn't discuss tire pressure beyond recommending 50 psi (F&R) unloaded and 65 psi (F&R) towing/loaded, but it makes sense to balance the tires front to rear based upon how much weight they actually have. Depending upon how you load your truck when camping I would suggest 65 psi rear and 58-60 psi in the front.

Also, trailer tires matter more than many realize. I bet Airstreams come with reasonably good tires but, if they have been replaced, make sure they are not bottom of the barrel. Air pressure is just as important on the trailer tires, I wouldn't worry about slightly too high, but don't go too low! With the trailer level and properly balanced, it should tow like a dream.

A word of caution:
I see this posted here often. The manual actually only says increase tire pressure to 65 psi IF you have the Goodyear All Terrain tires. If you have the All Season tires (18” or 20”) it recommends 50 psi at all times, while towing or not towing.

So it’s tire dependent, not universal for the Cybertruck.

Good reminder! Some tires are not designed to handle increased pressure!

Quick update: I decided to go with just the simple hitch. Truck tires at 50, trailer 80. Super smooth mostly flat drive from Orange County down to Encinitas. Some slow traffic initially, then kept it at 65 MPH. I was impressed with the energy usage - much better than my "teardrop" trailer!
