Yes, but they both agreed to take it off a public forum by communicating through DM. Bob even said you can be quoted, remain anonymous, whatever you choose, etc... I don't necessarily think he surrendered anything by characterizing their discussion, he simply stated his opinion of what was going on without giving details. If you go to a Doctor, don't like them or even the news they gave you and you leave them a bad review, it does not give the Dr. permission to post your medical conditions or details publicly, that would be a violation.FlyShacker was having a discussion with a journalist for the purpose of publication, so there should have been no expectation of privacy.
Regardless, he surrendered any privilege when he characterized that discussion publicly.
