This is probably no less than the 10th thread created on the subject of retro-demanding free handouts.

Seems only fair:
- Our brand loyalty
- Our patience waiting for PowerShare, Light-bar to arrive
- Persisting issues and recalls
- Tesla gave Lifetime Supercharging in early December 2024 to leftover Foundation Cybertruck’s in inventory
- The few who ordered in 2019 and waited up to 5 year to follow through on their order
- You can now buy a new Beast and while up by $14,990 the Luxe Package now includes Lifetime Supercharging and more

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
While everyone loves a windfall, it is like I told my kids, there are only two types of fair...

One is proceeded by "county", and the other is followed by "weather".

That is life.

This idea is wack. Do you also Go to McDonald’s every time a new sandwich comes out and demand them give one to you because you bought one in the past? NO!
Same scenario.
Silly…there is a better way!

I spill their hot coffee on my commando nuts every morning for the past year…still anxiously waiting for their lawyer’s response….

This is what’s wrong with society today. It’s always someone’s else’s fault. You knowingly bought hot coffee. Then you act like a child and spill it on yourself, now you want to blame McDonald’s cause your brunt! 🤦‍♂️ To make it worse you have repeated this action for the past year?
yea it’s McDonalds fault, your right!

While I home charge almost exclusively, this would be very helpful on trips. My home cost is .07 kWh. Supercharging is 5 times that at .35.

At this point the lawyers are going to argue that spilling hot coffee on your nutz fills some kind of weird personal need.

It would have been nice to have but that was not the situation at the beginning. The truck was in demand. Now it's not as in demand so they are using incentives.

I added up my lifetime Supercharging since March of 2024 and it's a little less than 1k. So it wouldn't do much for me.

You think small. Let's just petition Elon Musk to give us a new Cybertruck every year on the anniversary of any purchase before 2024!

We can then decide to sell them for extra dough, or keep them and build a fleet. :ROFLMAO:

Rebates and other incentives change every month for every manufacturer and they are not retroactive. This is how life works. Just enjoy the truck you bought under the terms you agreed to.

I agree, free lifetime supercharging and Tesla can keep the light bar.
My Foundation Beast was about $115K. I would have waited if I knew I could get free lifetime supercharging with my order. I took it as soon as it was available to support Elon and now it's time for Elon to step up and treat us as good as the Johnny come latelys. I support Elon with everything. I have a model X and premium "X" with Grok.
It sounds like Elon is supporting your lifestyle, not the other way around. Elon would be just fine, maybe even better off, without entitled customers with distorted visions of their own importance.

I thank Elon, and every person that works under him, for the way they have brought products to market that improve my life. If I didn't want them, I wouldn't buy them. Crying that someone got a better deal than you is the epitome of irrational entitlement.

Don't like the deal? Don't buy it!

It's a sad commentary that this even needs to be said.

It sure feels like people trying to create disenchantment with Tesla because I can't imagine anyone being that blind to reality.
