I’m guessing this thing is pretty good if so many of my fellow CTOC members are still riding the vaporware train here.
Here’s to wishing you all well and hoping you get what you want out of it.
What’s the big draw over some of the other options out there if you don’t mind my asking?
Total cost?
To me, the biggest draw is that the CyberLandr concept is lightweight and collapses completely into the bed of the truck so range is not affected. I like that it has a kitchen, bathroom and sleeping area all in one compact solution. All other RV candidates make compromises in one of those areas.

Yeah. Some of the others have either the aerodynamics of a cinderblock like the hotomobil and others are interesting but prohibitively expensive like the cyberphoenix.
Haven’t seen anything yet I’d be willing to pay almost as much as a pebble or lightship for.

I agree with CybertruckCovers, though it's a bit more than that. There just isn't anything like what's been promised with Cyberlandr, assuming the price hasn't inflated too far from a few years ago. My 2nd option would be a Pebble, but it's basically twice the price which is a no-go for me.

I'll add that the recirculating shower is a huge draw for me, too. I love long hot showers and have been sorely disappointed by most every other portable shower option I've tried (currently rocking an EverShower I set up in my Taxa Mantis).

Hotomobil is the best unit currently on the market. Not cheap, but very well-made. We have quite a bit of experience with it.

So real world. Traveling on interstates. Not at warp speed but with the flow of traffic, what does 80% charge or so get you?
About 100-120miles?
It does look very nice

We did better than that. At reasonable speeds we sacrificed about 25% to 30% of range.

That’s much better than I would have thought. I mean, it’s a straight up brick up front. Is it pretty practicable to remove it quickly as soon as you get where you’re going? The legs sort of look like it.

Agreed the Cyberglad is nice option for what it is (I actually got to see it in person at XTakeover this year). Still, as far as I know, it has no bathroom, so not fully featured. And more expensive than Cyberlandr with less room inside at camp and more range loss.

The electric motors lift the unit up quickly, but you still need to secure it with webbing and ratchets at the bed tie down points.

It doesn’t have a bathroom, but it has a slide out commode. Most people missed that one.

So is that a much smaller hit than say a small airstream or something? I ask because price wise they are comparable and I have virtually zero experience with this kind of thing.

That I wouldn't know. I never tried any Airstream trailers, although the Basecamp looks great!

Cyberlandr is actually the main reason I got the CT in the first place. I second everything cybertruckcovers said. The CL is also going to have a 30kwh battery with 2kw of solar. It will have heated floors, state of the art security system, porcelain countertop with built in induction stove, etc, etc, etc. I can go on and on with the features it’s gonna have. Price will be comparable to other high end truck campers on the market at roughly 55k. There should be a public reveal in the spring.

I have no experience with an Airstream either, but I’ve towed my Taxa Mantis hundreds of miles at a time across northern MN with both my Cybertruck and the Model Y I had before it. I can go around 100-120 miles at highway speeds per charge with the CT (60-70 mph). It’s lighter than an Airstream, but less aerodynamic.
