The replacement is on the invoice and is part of the part number. But factory ones, you can goto the parts shop and look up pcs and it will tell you what was put in from the factory.
When you say "go to the parts shop", do you mean I go to a service center and ask them to look up my VIN? Or there is an online DIY portal for this info?

On your Tesla app, click service, the at the top click the resources tab, then you should see parts. Click that and then drill down to the pcs.

Thank you!

So I'm a G (for real!) with my Mar '26 build. I should be good?

All I know is, I was planning on keeping my CT at the end of my lease, but now I’m washing my hands of this thing immediately after, whether the PCS has failed once yet or not….

Has there been any stats that have shown a correlation in PCS failure? Charger brand, charging frequency, charge limit, geographic area(electricity quality, or climate), milage driven, garaged, elevation, daily charging vs weekly, anything at all?
Something (maybe petty) I noticed, but first, my CT background:

I had Rev E, replaced for $7200 replaced @ 60k miles in Sep of '25 - took ownership of Cat June of '24. I'm at 110k miles on Rev F. My rev E didn't fail like many others reported - it failed while driving asking me to pull over and put me in limp mode. Got out, got back in, and was able to drive to Tesla. Interestingly enough, right after rev E was replaced, while charging at home I would for the first week get error messages on my Tesla app 'charging stopped at X percent' but would quickly go away. Then, a 'minor fix' update released, and no more problems. I digress.

A few months ago I started wondering about potential causes of the board failure, and looking back at my charging stats, I noticed I did a hell of a lot of supercharging right before failure (see attached) compared to the rest of the time, and this doesn't even include November '24 round trip from Tennessee to New Hampshire.

Why is this not a recall yet? So many trucks have been affected. Considering Tesla is proactively enabling free supercharging blatantly shows there are problems.

For those of us who have had the PCS replaced already and/or past the warranty period, supercharging doesn’t really help at all considering it’s a known defect.

I think because it's not considered a safety issue. Recalls are only for safety.

That's interesting. I haven't had a failure yet, but I did see the same "charging stopped" error several times over a week or two. But not since. That was quite a while ago.

I wonder if that was a hint that failure had begun, but they have somehow slowed or masked it in software? Now I'm curious.

Well for me, that was 50k miles ago back when my odometer was at 60k
