If your truck is suffering from the PCS2 issue, your outlets will not function. Is that possibly the case?

Try reducing the Y's charge limit to 24A or lower. That's the max output if the Cybertruck PCS is partly failed.

Tesla’s Power Conversion System (PCS2) module, which contains three parallel, 16-amp charging stages (legs) to handle Level 2 home charging up to 48 amps. So it sounds like yours has partially failed (2 legs have failed). Limiting it to only 16amps. Is your home charging limited to 16amps as well?

No, it doesn't
It contains two parallel 24 amp DCAC modules.
16 may be the Y reducing the charge rate 50% from the requested 32A.

sorry. You are right. AI struck again. Giving me bad information for the truck. My PCS2 went out recently on my CT. The Model 3 and Y apparently have the 3 leg system. The CT has moved to a more improved (or is it) 2 leg system.

My PCS2 failed last week on my truck with 17,000 miles. Tesla gave me free Supercharging right away.
Service is scheduled for four weeks out. The repair window is two weeks. They will also provide a loaner car during that time. Thanks.

The Cybertruck system is better (when it works) because each module can handle three phase lines plus neutral. So it's Europe/Australia / CCS-2 ready three phase ready (with a different ACJB).
The other vehicles have three two-line input modules so that they can be wired for three phase or single.

Yep. Mine failed with 14k miles on it. Have an appointment on June 23rd. Not sure how long the repair will take but it sounded like it was only a day or two repair. But they are giving me a loaner for the time it’s in. None of my outlets are working with my PCS2 issue.

Hope you have a supercharger next to your house, sorry to hear you are another in the long list of PCS failures, 17k miles is on the low end for one :(
