My VIN is on the 8000s as well. I wonder at what mileage you can assume you’re risk of this has largely passed?
I feel like the latest I've heard was in the couple or few thousands of miles. of course all the instances could be different things going awry rather than all the same hardware error but in terms of critical error and not being able to drive, people have reported it in the low thousands of miles.

It's also possible that it's conflating a bunch of different failures that just appear the same to the user.

Once there's a problem with the 48v DC-DC system, it could be in the harness, the buck board, or any of the components along it - or even in the drive motors - and it'll all come up with the christmas tree of warning lights.

Small update: I messaged the service advisor within the app today asking if there are any updates and suggesting they look at the truck sooner than later since it takes a week to receive parts. Sure enough a few hours later I checked the app and the truck was pulled into the service center and frunk + driver door were open. So less than the 6 days estimated before they would first check out the issues. Maybe it’s luck or maybe it’s from my message to them earlier.

I’ll continue with small or large progress updates in this thread.

Low coolant alert: Waiting for parts
- Service advisor says they ordered a supermanifold which is in transit, arriving next week.

Low voltage electrical system issue detected: No update
- Service advisor says still under diagnosis

Rear axle steering disabled: No update
- Service advisor says still under diagnosis

FYI...got my truck back yesterday. They replaced the 'device cluster' (1816026-S9-B), which was explained to me as the brains in the battery. About 150 miles later and no issues. ?
Congrats on getting the truck back in working condition! I can’t wait to get my hands back on mine. I’m checking the repair progress constantly but nothing yet. The supermanifold was suppose to be on the way but now it just says “preparing” like it did before it said “waiting for parts”. I’ll reach back out to them this week to hopefully get a positive update.

I still haven’t heard if they figured out the other errors except the Low coolant alert which they ordered the supermanifold for. Hope this update to the repair progress means they did ?

Bummer, I'm VIN 80XX thought they'd all be working by now.
I am an 80xx VIN as well and have had mine for three weeks and everything is going great. No errors or significant issues. Had a few little things on delivery the Service Center needed to address. So far I have 1,075 miles on it and all has been great. Dropped it off today to get wrapped and windows tinted. Pics coming soon.

App says “Repair Complete” but the only update I was given today was the supermanifold was replaced for the low coolant alert. Service rep said they were still diagnosing the other alerts. I assume the app will update again when they get parts to fix the other alerts (low voltage & rear axle steering disabled).

I’m not sure what happened between yesterday and this morning but I just got a message saying my CT is ready for pick up!

Service rep says after they replaced the super manifold, the other alerts are no longer active. I wonder why that’s different than what I was told previously ?. Oh well, I’ll take it!

I'm also about 300 miles post repair with no issues, so hopefully while issues do occur, they're able to effectively resolve it the first time. ?
Great! So you know this amazing feeling of getting it back. Glad everything is performing as expected.
