Got my notice 5/30/24, and I reserved in June 2020. Really wasn’t expecting it this soon, which Is cool, however…

I reserved a tri-motor with 500mi+ at 69k.
I expected the price to raise but not the specs to drop so much.

A TRI motor with range extender starts at $116k with 440mi (real world will be less). And I lose a good chunk of bed space.

It’s not longer the bare minimum to replace my truck. I think it’s cool, but I’ll wait for original specs or buy a new f150 when needed, which ever comes first.

The clean sheet of paper BEV F150 T3 (Trust The Truck) will debut soon. It will be replacing the current Lightning that was built off the existing gasoline platform.

You know I remember it being discussed or stated in a Ryan Shaw video but upon a quick google scan, seems that there was no official statement of that from Tesla. Oopsie.

Foundation Series was originally supposed to only be 1000 Trucks. The rest were non FS. Now it seems they’re making many more FS.

Got my invite to order on 5/29/24 as well. Placed my reservation (RN11328XXXX) in Feb 2020 and estimate I was about 500K in line per the spreadsheet. I'm in California.

I didn't sign up for a $100K truck, I signed up for a $50K truck. Tesla overpromised and underdelivered. I still may order once it drops to $80K unless the Aptera comes out first and is more compelling to me. (CT solar panels was one of the selling points that appealed to me, which of course would have raised the price even more, but now Aptera is promising an affordable solar car).

I spotted one CT in the parking lot and 4 other CT’s during our round trip.

Probably because before the go pedal rivet stopper problem, they were doing a thousand a week and I’ve heard that it has been as high as 1700 per. My vin was issued above 13k… and lately as high as 15k is showing… seems like the ramp is well under way and they are gonna take a decent bite outa the truck market! They are cranking! Can’t wait to get mine home this week… just cleaned the garage so it will fit in.
