All Foundation Series owners will receive $2,500 voucher for Tesla Shop (to purchase Powershare Home Backup Equipment or other products)

I have a $350 Tesla shop credit I got when I took delivery in March I’ve been holding onto for the underseat storage. Even with notifications, if you don’t order as soon as you see the email they’ll be out of stock within 15 minutes. The problem with the credit is you have to hope everything you want is in stock cause you only get to use it for one transaction and anything left over is gone.

I called Tesla support twice regarding this. Their most recent answer is that all older cybertruck owners who already opted for 6 months supercharging or the $700 credit up to the time this new voucher came around are left in the dust on this one. I declined the PowerShare survey and automatically got 6 months of supercharging that began April 4th without being offered a voucher I knew nothing about at the time.

I documented this whole thing with the Feedback Team over the phone. Support told me they need a surge of owners calling in to complain about this situation.

What really?? I got the $700 voucher too and thought it was way too low. What number should I call? I haven't been able to reach the right department.

I hope they dont change it for beast owners, who qualified for install and were confirmed but took delivery later. I picked up a beast over a week ago, and was looking forward to my install being covered, and it factored into my math to go Foundation.

If they changed this then it's a bait and switch scenario and they could be sued. Has anyone seen an indication they are trying to get out of the $4K credit initial promise?

Just to clarify, it was up to $4k of installation cost, not a guaranteed amount/ credit. Agree that credit for installation for early Beast orders is the correct thing to do.

Well, it said it was included at the time of purchase and you cannot just bait and switch, that's illegal, so no way we shouldn't hold Tesla accountable if they have reneged on that after sale.

Here's what I received, they say $4000 and nothing has been said differently.

Dial the numbers until you reach Service, then you’ll be asked for the zip code, and then it should connect you to a representative who can then file a complaint to the Feedback Team.

It was recommended to me that as many owners that were affected by this do this as soon as possible.

Same here and haven’t heard anything- I expect the Beast will have a 4k installation credit as well… or Tesla is breaking their contract
