I just got my invite RN115266xxx (May 2021) today.
It was about one week too late.
I just purchased a 2023 Rivian R1T Quad motor last week.
I just knew I had at least a year until my order would be picked...
Oh well!

Good! I hope this trend continues. This will heal the trauma caused by Tesla for playing FS game with us. There might be 3-4 years of wait for late reservation holders, but hopefully those who booked within few months might get their truck by end of 2025. ?

Nobody will have to wait til '26-'27 even if ordered today

I am high enough that if only 100k in front of me (I am 1.3mil-ish).. then it is at least 2026.. plus waiting for 2 years getting no extras at 80k(I don’t qualify for Tax credit), vs foundation this summer with FSD will eventually be valuable.. all that for only an extra $300 /month in payments to get my truck 2 years earlier.. no brainer

So you are saying of 2 million “orders”, only 100k will take the CT at all? I don’t see them making more than 100-125k by the end of 2025… so now we are into 2026 ??

It appears Tesla has offered FS to 2 million reservation holders already. I bet there is inventory CT in 2025.

Well we know there were 2 mill cybertruck orders.. that is straight from Tesla.. I ordered mine a year before their first deliveries. So 3 years after unveil. Now assume 1 mill got their $100 back. And another 400k got another car. That’s still 600k interested. Even if that is inflated and of that 2mill, only 300k will follow through with their initial order, that is still 2026 (because they aren’t making 300k in 2 years.. so that is my logic .. and I think it isn’t believing any hype.. but thanks. And yes I am excited to get the FS.. it’s utility is needed for our family now, not mid- late 2026. That’s my story, it may not be yours and that’s ok
