Foundation Series: looks like 8 years of premium internet, NOT lifetime

When I read the contract during the ordering process, I saw it's not Lifetime of Premium Internet anymore. Is that right?
Lots of little things always change!

BTW, on the website, I was trying to see if they still advertise Foundation Series including lifetime premium internet and it doesn't even look like Foundation Series can be ordered anymore.

My agreement from january says lifetime, so if they try to change that and I still have the truck at that point, I will hold them to the original agreement. Even if I go to my account on the site and pull the order agreement now, it says the same thing.

Also, you could never order foundation directly from the website. only from your account if you were invited.

Can you show us the contract that has the changed terms? just crop or draw over any sensitive information.

That is the standard contract for all vehicles that you are reading. The 8 years of connectivity is referring to standard connectivity.

FS premium connectivity is indeed lifetime.

I also noticed it says "Standard Connectivity" not Premium.

That is the standard contract for all vehicles that you are reading. The 8 years of connectivity is referring to standard connectivity.

FS premium connectivity is indeed lifetime.

OK, so I'll get another contract that states I'll get Premium for life?

Well that sucks, I ordered my FS AWD on May 8th and it still says I have lifetime premium connectivity.

It should say it at the top section of the contract you have now.

I had this agreement from the very beginning. It was in my tesla account. I think before I got my truck I could view it directly in the app too

This is in the order agreement PDF you would have received attached to the "Thank You for Your Order" email immediately after you submitted the order and paid the $1000 non refundable order fee.

It looks like they messed up my order agreement then. I didn't get the same order agreement as you even though everywhere else in the app, it says I got a foundation series and that I'd get lifetime premium internet. I wonder how I resolve this? Anyone got an email for Tesla?

Hmm, not sure how that is possible, it's an automated email. It should have arrived seconds after you placed the order.
