I think we have to wait until the Cybertruck actually starts production, because we don't know if it will be a Quad, Tri or dual motor. And whether it will have 4680s, or 2170s, or what the range will be.

It would nice if they could sell the first year's worth of production at about an $80,000 price point if it is a Quad motor. Maybe $73,000-$74,000 if it is a Dual. That would be very competitive compared to the EV Silverado, Ford Lightning and R1T Rivian.

Yeah right! Like his genius Twitter purchase. That was an awesome deal. And yes his circumstance contributed to a massive decline in stock price. Stop with the genius stuff already. LOL.
Down the track he thinks globalists would have posed a real threat to his business and impacted his mission.

He went on the front foot and attacked the big threat. And many can't or don't want to see it. - Genius

This is my opinion.

I've estimated a 175 kWh pack having a usable 163.3 kWh consuming 1 kWh to cover 3.1 miles thus a range of ~507 miles or ~840 kms and MPGe ~108
Price: QUAD ~89K to ~$86K ( previous numbers sat at $49,999.99 $59,9999.99 $79,999.99 and $89,999.99 before 'Elon Axe' )

I’m pretty sure Musk was just tired of watching a platform that he knew and used daily slowly circle the drain. Twitter was getting less and less relevant by the day. He bought it because he thought he could salvage it and make his money back on the deal.

I’m not sure Musk salvaged it in time, but there is no doubt if he hadn’t bought it that Twitter was going the way of MySpace.

I’m still not super excited by the whole thing, but I can also understand why he did it. Jury is still out whether Twitter is going to be a profitable investment for him or not. Gotta give it 2-3 years to see where things end up.

The Twitter refugees are slowly returning even some of his louder critics are still active or left and have returned. The platform is quite sticky and people have trouble leaving thousands of followers behind.

I have a Tri-Motor reservation, but would definitely bump up to a Quad, with 500 miles of range for $89,000.

I would gladly pay that. 500 miles of range? Ability to use the Tesla charging network? Yeah.

About 8 years ago I was in a remote village in China. There was this little shop.. Nothing much, 20sqm just some handy grocery items.

Little old lady pays with her phone !!!!

My Wife is on Wechat video with her mum all the time.. I met this Chinese guy who loves fishing and he has 400 followers on Wechat.

My wife transfers money.

EV Cars, Autonomous transport, Energy. Twittter will follow as a disruptive enterprise. Mars needs X.

This won’t age well. He’s cut 75% of his staff (costs) while increasing users, attention and revenue. What do you think this will do to Twitter’s bottom line, and Elon’s bank account?

I for one am a little perturbed. I'm happy they brought down prices to get more people into tesla. But I bought a model 3 while waiting for the truck. I planned on trading it in. My thought was with inflation and everything going on, the prices would continue to rise. But now I'm going to be down 10k on my trade in. Frustrating.

the Canadian government likes to talk about renewables and EV but that's all they do. talk.
At least we have $5,000 from Federal, however None for Ontario who is looking to attract Tesla for a new Gigafactory!
