I was told by the service center here that there's been 4 deliveries in CO so I guess we are American Ultra black ops. ;p

Agreed. It USED to be based on 12/8 and 12/9 configure dates ONLY in CA and some in Texas.
Now they opened to other states like Florida, 12/21 configure date, and AZ. So now may take some time for people to get theirs who are earlier like myself, 12/11.

I'm sad.. but this will make getting a VIN SOOO much SWEETER.

I’m a 12/12 order from the first wave, day one reservation. Happy @greggertruck got his vin out in AZ! Has anyone in CA gotten a VIN with an order on 12/12?

Just makes me more antsy to get mine. I worry I’ll get mine way later because I’m in CA and they probably want to spread out the love.

Is there somewhere that is tracking VIN assignments? I don't see deliveries outside of TX, CA & FL on the cybertruckownersclub delivery tracker. The friendly salesperson at the cybertruck in the Pleasant Grove, Utah showroom (on Monday) thought Utah would be in the "last region" to get cybertruck deliveries, for whatever that's worth.

I wish Tesla had handed out reservation numbers like the DMV hands out tickets in a way that is completely indiscernible with regard to any concept of a line. Then everyone would have excitement and not unfound envy.

RNs 11274 means you are somewhere between 1-5899th in line (112744100-112749999) if it were actually a hard and fast rule.
Even if they were strictly following the line, your number is probably not up yet given the number delivered. I do understand the excitement mixing with envy it's natural. But imagine if the first 5000 reservations were in Canada, Britain, or Australia, how 1/2 bitter are they allowed to be? They didn't announce US only until Sept 2020. Be fully excited waiting!

Are they actually selecting influencers who are likely to give glowing obsessive reviews even if they have issues to receive trucks at this time?

It definitely feels like most of the deliveries are wrap shops and influencers or like part of some "favorites" list.

Meanwhile, most first and second wave invites still have not received a VIN.

I'm only 1/2 bitter because of the issues people are having with the quality fit and finish of these early trucks and I don't mind giving them another month to work out their kinks... but still...

It's either employee preference or clustering by state/region/location.

Favorites, the well-connected the VIP's have been served Day 1.

It was tedious. I went through the order list and looked at the dates from Utah. Not everyone posts on this site so it isn't my true spot but it is a rough idea.

When did you order?

I believe some are en route to cinci right now. I'm with you waiting for cleveland, but someone posted a kentucky vin assignment with a text from their showroom that the truck is heading to cinci. I believe the Blue Ash showroom serves both KY and southern OH

There is no loyalty as far as Tesla goes a lot of us have been with Tesla a long time myself since 2015 I have had 4 Cars 2 homes with solar with power walls reserved the Cybertruck on 11/2019
but none of those matters. No where did it say if your in CA or TX we will skip over everyone else. I have been debating if I should cancel Tesla does have my money already.

I’m 2/2 bitter it’s 100% BS and not what I would expect from Tesla at least not Elon’s Tesla. I’m an Rn1127 and configure Dec 22. Getting to the point where I would walk away if they give me my deposit back.
