Soap and water. It works to keep your stainless silverware nice and shiny, and it works on the Cybertruck. It's just metal, you don't have to baby it.

water does a great job.

Sprayway ammonia free is awesome for quick cleaning. easiest vehicle to clean I’ve ever owned, even if you don’t wash it first only takes 15 mins. spray, let it sit a minute, wipe off with clean microfiber.

Sprayway and Costco microfibers.

Takes ~20 min to clean. I do it ~1x/week. I've never had water on my CT since delivery on 05/30/2024.

Easiest vehicle to clean I've ever owned and it isn't even close.

Check the Out of Spec detailing yt videos, if you’re keeping it SS you’re going to want to do a BKF + Windex pass initially to get the weird impurities off the surface, after that you just wash it or spot clean with Windex and a mf cloth. I have a car wash subscription and drive it through that a couple of times per week, that works great. For the inside of the windshield I got a Walmart swifter and stick a mf cloth on that to wipe down the off gas clouding that accumulates on the inside of the windshield every couple of days, it’s been a month and a half and it seems to have calmed down with the clouding.

I use ceramic car wash soap, helps keep stuff from sticking, making the next wash so much easier. Most important part is drying to avoid spots. Otherwise, nothing special, same treatment as the car. BKF is useful when bird crap, tar, or other contaminants are left to sit and leave a mark after washing off. Citrisurf is better if you have rail dust or other iron contaminants. No need to do this on a regular basis tho, just a blob of BKF on the wash mitt (dedicated to CT don't use this one on paint after) usually takes care any spot without creating unsightly differences in color or sheen. Just rinse immediately and thoroughly to prevent it from staining plastics. The ceramic soap helps keep this from happening too.

Windex is not good, water is better. Also, this is not required for all trucks, only if it came with an appearance issue.

I read that Dawn dishwashing detergent does an outstanding job. I found more than 1 interweb post from Cybertruck owners that mentions this miracle cleaning agent.

Out of Spec uses so many chemicals and makes the job a lot harder than it needs to be. They are laughable in all the steps they go through to take care of what should be the easiest truck in the world to take care of.

And then they complain how hard it is to take care of! Why anyone listens to them is beyond my comprehension.
