Hey guys this seems to be a new issue that just began. I have a non-foundation Cyberbeast and I have two Tesla Universal Connectors installed in my garage for our Model Y and CB. Today, regardless of which connector I used to charge the truck it will stop within a few minutes. They’re snuggly fit in like I’ve done countless times and they just stop within a few minutes. I have reboot the truck as well and same issue. Any recommendations?
I did updated to the latest software a few days ago. It’s not cold in South Florida compared to other places it’s 60° at night. I’m including the software version that I am running in the photo below. The Model Y with 105,000 miles is charging without any issue on both wall connectors.

Are you getting any message from the app or on the trucks screen? Go into service mode and see if the log shows any issues.
just says connect charger again but it’s definitely inserted appropriately

That sounds like a communication issue or negotiation issue between the truck and charger. I’d still recommend reviewing the service logs. They should with any issue log something.

The voltage looks good on the screen shot (242 volts).
If the voltage dips for any reason, I think it will stop, but I would think it would show an appropriate error.
Does anything around the charger or connector feel excessively warm?
That's all I can think of.
Good luck!

no heat but it worked ok when i tried the last time, i also didn’t close the garage on top of the cable which may have been the issue. I also charged at work and it was fine as well.

I even have the Ting device which looks for any electrical anomalies in the home and no issues were noted even when both EVs were charging at the same time.

Humm, that would have been my guess given the behavior.
What does the vehicle display say when charging stops?
Have you tried a double scroll wheel reset?

That will reduce charge current, not terminate charging entirely.

No error messages except connect cable. I did the double scroll reset As well, I went through the logs in the service menu and no abnormalities. If this keeps happening I will schedule a service appt.

Weird, blue charge indicator usually means scheduled charging...
I'm guessing you tried bumping up the charge limit to 85% or higher?
No 3rd party appzls linked to your truck?

Nope nothing for scheduled charging. Also whenever I plug in at work, it begins to charge immediately.
