Thats the two big things.The subscription rate can increase at any time as well. But at current prices the $10K is the much better deal because it only takes 4 years and a month for the outright purchase to cost less than the monthly fee. Neither price is locked in (unless you have already purchased it outright) so the two prices are likely to move up in tandem.
* Subscription (likely will) increase if the FSD price ever goes up.
* Once you've paid off FSD, it's considered part of your car and you own it.
I'm considering FSD as a trial run, but if I end up using it long term, I'm buying it.
Reminds me, I need to opt in for the Cybertruck just in case the price goes up later. I wish I'd done so when it was $7k but I thought I'd be committed to the purchase.
