The CyberTruck tailgate will be the least 'technology bandwagon" tailgate in the industry. Not just no ramp, it also has:
no step
no handrail
no flip stop
no speakers
no lights
no barn door
heck, it doesn't even have a measuring guide or cup holder ?

no the kneel function is missing from the functions list.

They did nothing interesting with the tailgate. Makes me pray for the success of Canoo, those guys know how to design a first principles tailgate.

Shit that really sucks! Well they can come back to their senses and fix it later. I would buy a Canoo in a minute. Hope they finally make it to market.

There’s a very high probability that the kneel squat feature can be implemented with only software changes. Same for cheetah stance.

As system software bugs are fixed some of these easy, attractive minor features will get worked into the revision releases. I hope squat is an early one.
