I'm looking for a product that can easily remove fingerprints and general smudges. What have you found that works well as a do it yourselfer?

Sprayway.

I accidentally found that Mrs Myers Multi-Surface Cleaner - which we use in the house - works well, too. A one quart bottle of concentrate makes eight gallons of cleaner and costs about $9, about 14 cents per pint in your own spray bottle. Use that instead of something fancy from the Chemical Guys; the savings will pay for your Foundation Series AWD in about two centuries.

Sprayway non ammonia glass cleaner working ok. I would not use it in the sun though.

Thanks for the feedback. I will try those suggestions. A friend who owns a DeLorean dropped off a stainless steel cleaner that has Si02 nano ceramic in it. We put it on the car yesterday, and ill follow up with the results.

I'm basically trying to keep the fingerprints off for at least the first six months, but I don't usually get them now. I don't use BKF or windex. The surface on my truck has gotten harder over about 5 months. I usually use a dilute no rinse wash to keep the bugs off the front. Last fingerprints were about three weeks ago, and they were unusual... my wife was eating caramel corn at the charging station. That left some prints. :)

Sprayway and Costco microfibers.

I wipe down my CT about 1x/week. Takes ~15 minutes. Looks great.

So I tried this Stainless cleaner from Aqua Armor and its called Stainless Steel and More Si02 ceramic coating. It works great so far. My DeLorean owner friend swears by this stuff as he said it leaves a lasting protective shine. Ill keep you posted on the durability. Has anyone ever used it? Great shine and evens out the finish.
I would avoid any product that leaves a protective coating because that's just asking for more labor down the road. The bare metal is easier to maintain. Stainless steel automatically develops it's own protective passivation layer, and the alloy used on the Cybertruck is particularly good at this due to high chromium content, but oils, waxes and greases can hinder the formation of the protective layer. That's why soap and water works so well.

If the truck is already clean and I want to spot clean some fingerprints, Sprayway Glass Cleaner is cheap, quick and works well. It won't harm the passivation layer or slow the formation of it because it leaves no residue.

The stainless steel used on the Cybertruck is particularly hard relative to other stainless steels and more resistant to most common road contaminants, but only after it's well passivated. So don't add "protective" coatings that can hinder that.

Save the ceramic coatings for soft surfaces that need more protection. They will just create an uneven surface appearance over time that will be hard to remedy.
