Here is what I wrote in the DM.
Hi. Yes.in response to your offer for help on the s92 forum.
My name is ……..)-$:&:&:&z .
I’ve attempted to contact you multiple times by txt and WhatsApp.
I had a conversation with Gloria about a radio controlled truck ordered months ago for my son’s birthday that hasn’t arrived and also about my s92 mirror as well as my skylight. Both of these were purchased from you and neither work because of this harness issue. Roughly $2500 worth of mods that are nonoperational and a product that was never delivered. The conversation was slow but it ultimately resulted in me being promised both would be shipped. The harness and the toy that is.
I received two Yun tracking numbers and neither have been delivered.
The txt’s telling me about the numbers are:
“Hello Ace.Hope you are doing well.RC toy has been shipped out,tracking number is EB838369565CN”
And
“Hello Ace.Hope you are doing well.We has been shipped out the hardness by tracking number: YT2511921272199816”
What next? I would very much like to solve this problem and post in the forum about the great service I got from tesstudio, but it’s been months already and your team is making it very hard.
Please help resolve if you know how.

Update.: Received a response back by DM telling me I’m already talking to to customer service by WhatsApp. I then got a message on WhatsApp asking about the problem.

“Hello. We see that you have posted some negative statements on the forums, may we ask what other questions you are having?We may be able to continue to assist you.”

Explained it again on there. Will keep you guys posted on how this plays out.

New response. Tesstudio will once again “focus on tracking the logistics. “
Will let you guys know if and when I receive what I ordered in early march and the harness.
Guess I should be happy it’s already “preparing for dispatch”
Will also let you guys know if that solves the issue with the mirror and the skylight connected to the harness if and when it arrives.

That looks nice. Does it power on and off with the truck? Any electrical gremlins you have noticed?

New harness was delivered this morning by GOFO express. So it does exist. No instructions as was noted by the poster above who no longer has the mirror.
Will keep you guys posted if it works.
Still waiting on an RC car ordered from them for my son’s birthday in early march but that’s honestly a relatively minor quibble for me if this works.
