Um…this is exceptional but could be set to peacemaker opening credit dance numbers.
That would be “do you really want to taste it” for season 1 Or Julian fo season 2

@hemiarch So it won't let me set it to the Peacemaker theme song, im assuming for some sort of copywrite.
However it did spit out these two gems.

My truck had the factory corner protectors (Vin 1000), so I assumed all trucks had them, they were not installed post-delivery. I've scoured the EPC, but can't find them on there, but I'm pretty sure if you look at most any other truck in the SC they'll have them, and if they really need the p/n, they're just stuck on with VHB (just completed the buy-back on ours, so I can't go look).

Mine had a smooth finish, so from the photos upthread, it appears they revised them slightly, but my head is here to tell you they don't do much to stop you splitting your head open. I think I've managed to do that 7 or 8 times when wrapping or doing stuff in the frunk, and I progressively get more and more annoyed by the design. It got me one last time on Thursday when I was de-Armoring it for return.
Just curious, why are you doing the buy-back? Hope it's not because you're discontinuing AO products/projects for the CT, or that all is not well in AO?

No, there's been many, many well-documented electrical issues that 4 tows and many more SC visits were unable to solve. It got to the point where my wife just wouldn't drive it as she had no trust it would not break down, and although I'm more tolerant to that sort of thing, I felt the same. It had only done 6k miles, so mile-for-mile, it's been by far the most unreliable car/truck I've owned since my sweet Fiat X1/9 back in the early 90's! It was a fairly early VIN (1000), so I totally get it's part of being an early adopter, but just about all of the 10 Tesla's we've owned were early VINs for their model variant.

I have mixed thoughts about it; I do mostly hold the SC accountable, as their workmanship was just downright bad (for these issues, and others, including recalls), and they basically just didn't really care. It was rare than the truck actually came back in a better state than it went it. But, credit to Tesla, we've owned it for 18+ months, and the buy-back process was relatively straight-forward, so I really can't knock them for that at all.

Back on the original subject. I hit my head on my new corner guards this morning. it still hurt, but not as bad, no mark, no blood. about as bad as hitting a cupboard door. I gotta stop hitting the damn things.

No blood is a win, I'd get so mad when I hit my head on one of the corners, and double-mad when the blood inevitably appeared. So annoying!
