Think of all the videos we've seen of inhuman maneuvers FSD has done to avoid collisions. FSD miles are safer than human miles in general. Humans behind high latency unreliable connections can't do that.

Also it would be fraud.

The latency of the remote connection would be too high for someone to remotely control a vehicle moving above a certain speed.
