I haven’t noticed any wind noise at highway speeds from the rear passenger doors (I’ve driven mine up to 88mph, in the cold New England / Boston area). My cabin is very quiet.

However, if there’s a strong cross breeze, when I reach ~30mph, I get a whistling sound, but it goes away once I exceed 40mph. I know it’s a cross breeze that causes it because when I drive by a large object that deflects the breeze, the whistle noise goes away (like a tunnel or a large tree or truck). My suspicion is the cross breeze is getting between the panels of the front hood and front side panel. Just mentioning it since it only occurs in those rare conditions.

Mine squeals loud in 20's F or below. If I turn HVAC to recirc, it goes away. As if there's a cabin vent stuck/blocked/inadequate so it's pushing the windows out to vent the pressure instead. SC said it was 'in spec' but I was there for something else so didn't push them to try harder. Hopefully there is a good solution for this.

Have the same issue - rear passenger window, early build.

Confirming the wind noise / air leak gets worse as temperature falls.

In fact, above 30 F it seems fine,
When temps go below 30 F the noise ramps
Below 10 F outside and it gets really loud
I actually put a service ticket in last week. Will keep all posted.

Same issue on passenger side window, the seal shrinks enough when cold to let air through when well below 32 on the Interstate. May CT, 9,500 miles, Michigan. Will make an appointment.

You've brought it to my attention that in 5 months of ownership, it's been so dry that I still have not yet been able to drive in the rain to see how the seals perform (among other things).

I too have the passenger side window seals air leak sound. I have had my CT in service twice, both times they "fixed" the issue. Not really though. The driver side sounds quiet, the passenger though, not so much. It's really loud when on a phone call over bluetooth, the sound gets picked up by the mic really well and sounds horrible to the person on the other end.

FYI, since no one is posting here except to echo the OP, just wanted to mention I don't have this issue. Mine's an early build though. Hopefully it's just an adjustment.
Yeah, I have an early build too, no issue with drafty seals. It sounds like maybe the door latch just needs to be adjusted slightly tighter.

Anyone having the same drafty seals on the rear seat windows? (both sides). Living in Michigan, it gets cold here....it seems like the seals are not adequate for driving 70mph down the freeway when its below 20 degrees F. Very drafty, and loud. Anyone have any potential solutions or know if this is a warranty issue (yet)?
Yes. I have a service appt scheduled to address the driver's side front window and rear passenger window seal. I noticed it particularly as it got colder and while driving on a 2600 mile road trip down south and back up to Michigan. More noticeable above 70 MPH or so. One temporary fix I found was to slightly lower each window so that they're not open - this seals them on the highway above 70 MPH.

Thanks for the tip. It seems to have worked for others as well. It will keep my wife from losing her mind from the noise.

Same here, I'm not sure if it started because of the cold like from the ice freezing/expanding or if I just was able to notice it when the temps got so cold. Regardless, I'm hoping it's a quick easy fix. My last car was a Ram 1500 that I leased for 3 years. I was constantly bringing it to the dealer for some type of air leak that was causing a whistling sound. In the 3 years I had it it never fully got fixed. Thinking about also getting some of those rubber seal kits to help with air leaks and reduce noise.
It is all due to the cold weather. They have been working on mine on and off. They have the driver's side sealed well. The stuff some kind of belt stuff in the door to push the window closer to the seal. They did the passenger's side and it is almost as good, but not quite. I have a whistle still when the defrost is high and the weather here in Ohio is single digit next week will test it all. I am now working with them on the doors buffeting like air is getting in and expanding the door like a low drum and it physically can be felt by my knee and hand.

I did! Weirdly enough I could get the leak to stop by rolling down the rear window by about 10mm (obviously not a long term solution). That said, there is a fix from Tesla. They essentially insert a foam rod into the door side seal to "fatten it up". Works so far.

I thought I was having issues as well, especially when it got colder. However, I noticed that hitting the window switch moved the window up slightly and sealed it back up. The window lock was on, so it seems like it didn’t go back up all the way when the door was opened and closed.

This has happened several times to me now. Could be cold weather and a miscalibrated window motor? It does seem to be the same rear passenger window most of the time.

The cold air is coming in from the rear passenger door. There's a noticeable sound too.
Yeah I think I have this same problem with my passenger front window. I scheduled a service appointment for it. It whistles at high speeds. Sounds like the door isn’t shut correctly. Also I’m in the northeast so it’s probably connected to the cold like everyone else finding this problem.

I have the same problem and most of the whistling goes away when I turn on recycle air. Ie don’t pull air from outside. But only started happening when it got cold.
