Is anyone getting estimated dates from service center?

Mine failed and put in request May 15th, but the service messaged me and told me not to schedule anything and the part was ordered. I asked multiple times for any sort of estimate but they won't give me one and just say they will reach out when the part arrives.

I have a date in July, but that might be because I had other things scheduled to happen during this repair. Their text says they’ll be back in touch for the PCS part.

The Prophecy came true. Nov 24 model 22.5k miles only charge 24A at home. Got error June 6 but I think it’s still charging. Checking tonight. Hopefully I can charge at nearby real V4 SC while waiting for replacement. Will ask for the Beast loaner

I also reached out and they answered my first question and completely ignored my timing question. I just want to know if it will be weeks or months.

I was amazed by the private party values right now. Even contacted my buy to let him know of PCS. Said didn't care. Offloading this boat for a new SAWD later on.

Update: Tesla service called me a few days ago. Yes, called on the phone. Have to give them a shoutout for that. 8 years Tesla ownership and that’s a first!
Anyway, parts are in transit and I have an appointment July 24!

Well Tulsa service center turns out has some amazing people, as usual Tesla is still the best auto manufacturer.

Looks like I will be paying $970 + maybe some taxes all in with this PCS situation out of warranty which I find is quite reasonable! They also set me up with a Model Y loaner and are saying I should have the latest T-2G PCS installed by end of day.
