I have an issue with my CT being higher on the passenger side than the driver side.

I posted this issue months ago and been to Tesla service and they are telling me it is within spec

Does anyone else have this issue? I have asked other CT owners this and they just ignore me

Could be where your parked, I noticed this one time when parked at my daughters house. But never at home on the cement driveway pad.

Try seeing what happens in camp mode (self leveling) when parked on an incline. It’s a feature, so Service has to take action one would think.

Tried everything. Camp mode. Different locations. It has the same issue on the actual Tesla service "level" rack they have in their service department, but again Tesla says it is not an issue they will address or document

How much variation are we talking about?

There's going to be slight deviance on a level surface since each wheel is independently raised and lowered with their own sensors, suspension, etc for each. But it shouldn't be enough to be noticeable.

Does it throw any codes in the service menu? And, you obviously tried 180° to see if it's just your floor. Did you take it to a suspension shop to see if they can figure out what might be going on? Very odd. I can't imagine that much variation being within spec.

What does the vehicle report in the service mode suspension screen?
I have not done anything in the service mode myself. They said it passed the "ride height" test and "suspension" test

So here is what it shows currently. After getting this screenshot , I measured the the top edge of the rear of the CyberTruck (tailgate) and it is .80 inches higher on the passenger side, compared to the driver side. The crazy thing is this graphic shows the passenger side should be lower ...

Data says passenger side is 11mm higher (less below center)
Try setting the suspension to medium and see what it reads, but passenger side is off compared to the rest.
