PCS failure and no parts...

I've officially joined the PCS failure club this morning. I noticed a day earlier that my NOV 2024 AWD CT with 29,000 miles (VIN 397- -) stopped short of charging to my normal 80% setting, but didn't think anything of it until it happened again this morning and the CT the screen had the dreaded PCS2_a094 Message. I tested it at a Supercharger which worked fine, but I'm going straight into a Service Center tomorrow.

Free supercharging until Tesla resolves PCS parts delay. Would be cool if Tesla just went ahead an extended it to lifetime FSC for FS owners given all the inconveniences

I also joined the club a few days ago. I can still charge at home now, but it is capped at 24A.

Nov 2024 delivery. I was given an appointment with a SC tomorrow morning and will update everyone once I know more.

CB vin 34xxx PCS failure, AC unable to charge notice. Early sign was home charging 2% less than what was set (78% instead of 80%) 2X, then only charging about 6%, then AC charging unavailable error. Soonest Tesla SC appt scheduled in 10 days, 2-1/2 hrs away (parts in transit), Supercharger 30 mins away, with no guarantee that will work. Sitting at 73% charge, effectively unable to use now, but hoping to make it to my appt. Added the cantrail recall and the TSB to Inspect Door Assemblies For Low-Pitched Noises And LH Side Mirror Shaking SB-25-10-002 September 19, 2025. Hopefully will get a Cybertruck loaner, Also had a PCS failure on my FS Cybertruck at around the same mileage(18k), but in that case allowed me to still AC charge at 24a till the SC Appt. It’s just part of the experience of owning the best overall EV, do it all Truck out there (except of course towing long distance and in a hurry lol). Once you go Cybertruck/Cyberbeast (we have both), IMO you can never go back.

Just got back from the Tesla SC with a loner car, however... they do NOT have a PCS replacement part and won't until about May 18th. Right now they're only working on the Cantrail recall, and a few other service bulletin and warranty items.

Has anyone else been given complimentary Supercharging during the PSC replacement waiting period? I asked the SC about the advisor didn't know anything about it.

2024 Foundation Series here.. 17k miles, mostly home charging. Failed Tuesday, parts not available until late June. Supercharging is working but very inconvenient. This sucks,

FD Beast 15K miles 19Vin got my first PCS failure- started with typical AC not charging schedule service. Service center was very nice but said part would be a month or more for rev G- Got a loaner just curious if anyone else had similar delay in parts?

This is absurd. And needs to be a recall. Like how can this just be accepted as a normal thing. Honestly wtf at this point.

Update: Tesla added 90 days of free supercharging to my VIN. So that’s pretty great as long as I can still supercharge and still get my PCS replaced at my April 30th appt.

Given the PCS shortages, a recall now would just make the backlog untenable. They make take proactive action once they have a steady source of the assembly.

Yes! Just showed up today on my app under specs -90 days free supercharging from the date that I got the notice “AC Charging unavailable” on my CB display.
