Took me about a month to 45 days, mine failed somewhere around 4/7. I already had an appointment to get my lightbar installed so when I went in for that I told them about the PCS and they scheduled me for like June 10. I messaged them a few times bc I didn’t get the free supercharging. They said they was investigating it and would get back to me and closed the chat. I waited a few days still paying for supercharging then I changed the service center to one that was a lil further away but they had gotten me in front of the very nice manager there. We Spent 3/4 of a day there while they was investigating why I was an outlier and didn’t get the free charging. He was calling up the ladder but that boss that had to approve something on the computer wasn’t in so I Left that day still no free but they moved up my pcs appointment to today. Dropped it off this morning as they was supppsed to get a few in and it will be completed Wednesday. In the meantime time, I get the loaner and it appears they also got my free 90 day supercharging sorted out.

My PCS started acting up on 3/27. Made an appointment for 4/23. Part wasn't available so appointment was pushed to 5/21. Part still isn't available this week so appointment pushed to 6/22. Hoping it comes in sooner.

My PCS went out mid-April, and my original service appointment for April 29th got rescheduled by Tesla to May 26th because the parts weren't available. Even as of a few minutes ago, my app shows "Parts in Transit", I'm hoping they don't push it out again.

Until then, the free supercharging is nice and I have a Supercharger location ~2 miles from my house, so it's a mild inconvenience at this point.

Are you starting a PCS insurance business Gus?
Kidding aside, it may actually be worth trying to buy one of those aftermarket extended warranties if one hits the end of Tesla warranty and PCS failure hasn’t happened no?
if it’s really a $6k repair. Or is it capped at $1000 now? My car has terrestrial armor too.

I think mine is going out now. Capped at 24A. But no warnings...

I was told yesterday that they are about 8 weeks out on incoming PCS components. This is in the Midwest, if that matters.

Ours appears to be on the way out; our Foundation Series hasn't completed a charge for a few days in a row... (Will check for the error code today.)

Mine went out last week and my service center (probably one of the largest in the country?) have no idea when they are gonna get parts. I scheduled it for early June and they pushed it to late June. I moved it to mid June and they tried pushing it to late July! I kept my mid June appointment because this kind of uncertainty on their part isn’t nice. The parts could come in any day or week and I could be waiting until late July. They really need better communication. That’s all I would like.

My PCS went out on the 9th of May. I immediately put in a service call, but they didn’t get back to me until Tuesday. At that point, they said it will be June 2nd. By reading others on this post, hopefully my appointment won’t get pushed back. Even though Tesla is offering free charging at superchargers it’s still a pain in the butt for me to constantly go out my way to charge and waiting there too. One of the main reasons of why I went EV is that don’t have to deal with these things.

Yours won't charge over 24 either? I just got mine slightly used so this is frustrating 2 weeks in
