So the installer completed all of his work and we were ready to do a failover test. However, the Powershare option is missing from the CT's Charging menu. The installer saw this before. It was resolved by calling support and escalated to an engineer.
However, I just called support and they said the menu option will show up a couple weeks after Powershare is installed. This directly conflicts with the installer's instructions from Tesla which say they can't leave the site until a successful test.
Everything seems to be setup in the mobile app. Just no CT menu option.
Anyone else run into this? I assume my next move is to escalate with support.
