Has anyone else run into this issue with Tesla PowerShare?
My Cybertruck won’t send power to the PowerShare system to power my house., once going off grid the truck would attempt to send power then a second later it would disconnect .

The Tesla certified electrician has been out multiple times, verified the installation and wiring, and even confirmed everything with Tesla.

I also took the truck to the Tesla Service Center. They said they don’t have a way to physically test whether the truck is actually sending power. They only ran remote diagnostics and told me everything appears to be working.

I’m still unable to get the system to power the house.
Has anyone experienced the same issue? If so, what ended up being the cause or fix?

What fault code(s) are you seeing in conjunction with the problem?

Check Service Mode...

There have been Gateways with bad neutral forming transformers. That results in overload or over current faults.

Try turning off all load breakers and activating Powershare.

I'd verify the CT can pull 240v from its bed outlet. Assuming it can, that would suggest a PowerShare issue.

The electrician "certifying" the installation should include actual powering your house from your CT.

Hello, I recently had a similar power share issue. I had to replace my universal wall charger. I called the PowerShare team and confirmed everything was communicating correctly. They said it looked good and everything was fine. I tried testing it and it wouldn’t go off grid. I thought since my system was set up as an entire home back up and power went from the street to the PowerShare box that maybe that was why it wouldn’t go off grid. About 1 week later the was a power outage and nothing worked. I tried unplugging the truck and plugging it back in. It wouldn’t show blue at the charger port and a brief green line on the charger then nothing. I loaded the Tesla one app and logged in to find my old wall connector still listed and no communication was occurring do to a serial number mismatch. I contacted Tesla PowerShare service and they were able to log the system off and refresh the system. The proper serial number loaded and everything works perfect, including going off grid. Don’t know if this will help you but this occurred last week for me.
