Thanks. Reached out to Enoch and QMerit to see what they say. I think, basically, I just need a few breakers moving around and the Universal charger installed (I could do it myself, and have done many times before, but for something like this would rather a 'certified' installer do it).

Nope, it has been more than 5 weeks since delivery and absolutely silence. Very annoying since the one reason I like EV because I don’t need to fill the gas, but now I need to find a charger almost every other day.

I received an update from my installer today who had initially scheduled me for next week:
We are eager to complete your installation and provide you with a working Powershare system. However, through our correspondence with Tesla recently we have realized that the Software Update that is required to make the Powershare system functional may be as much as a few months off. We are planning to hold off on installation until you have received the required software update, to avoid necessitating a return trip for activation.

Seeing that there are people with a functioning system…they have no idea what they are talking about

Had a 4 hour power outage last night, would have been nice to have had the PowerShare equip installed! :-(

Yeah, that thought crossed my mind but after reading the forums and finding lots of reports of delays etc thought maybe there is some truth? This company has done extensive work for Tesla including Supercharger installs so who knows!

Update: I got my Cyberbeast on June 23rd. I immediately contacted Qmerit and filled out their survey. Got a quick response and quote from a very well-rated electrician (they're working on multiple Powershares already). Quote was $5218 since my situation requires extra work and will be far from the meter. I told them I wasn't going to approve the quote until Qmerit got confirmation that I'm getting the $4,000 credit from Tesla. Tesla confirmed the credit on July 8th and the $4k credit showed in my Qmerit quote up so I owe $1218. I approved the quote. Still waiting on the $2500 voucher to buy the hardware but the lady I talked to at the electrician's office said that once the quote is approved (I approved it two days ago) they contact Tesla to let them know and in the past she has seen the voucher get to those people very quickly after that. Fingers crossed I see the voucher in the next few days but who knows. I'm in the Phoenix metro area.
