It looks to me like 2024 New Cybertrucks and 2024 Demo Cybertrucks both get the exact same discounts.

As you indicate, new 2024 AWDs are now available for $71,990 -- but demo 2024 AWDs are also available for $71,990. For example, here is a 2024 AWD with 2,022 miles, and it is also $71,990.

Doesn't seem like the pricing on demos is realistic. Why would anyone buy a 2024 demo when a 2024 new vehicle is exactly the same price?
If the demo has a much later VIN... sure. My SA told me my 51XXXX build was vastly better than the FS. I would not want an early VIN - FS or non-FS - even if it was cheaper than a demo.

This is SO hard to watch. Bought my FS AWD (which I love) two months before free supercharging was a thing.
Granted, I saved a lot of money on a private sale over new but I want the supercharging so bad.
Have had free supercharging in our model x for years which we had transferred to a 2024 x but even that doesn’t feel all that “special” any more when all the x and s cars get it and there is the possibility of Cybertruck (read….powershare) free supercharging.

How can I get the $7,500 discount if I don’t own a business? What the way to get this lower price?

There's also a tax rebate on the 2024 leases - you don't get it, but Tesla does so they go e you a discount. Only the 2025s qualify for all three rebates (but you can only get one per truck).

The MF I last saw was actually reasonable. Normal financing is 7-8% with prime and that's the lease interest rate.
I leased last month and the rate is just over 6%…..much better than I thought so keeping it leased for now

I did just check and looks like the MF went up because even with the bigger discount the current 2024 is leasing for about $100 more per month than I am paying in my zip

I'll tell you what I'm waiting for. A 2025 AWD with all the usual trimmings. Not the RWD version. Then I simply want the Cyberwheels with AT tires, AND I want that to qualify for the 7500.
That's why I didn't get the AT Tires, as it wouldn't qualify then. Didn't want to pay over 10K for tires and wheels . . .

The FS Beast might be cost constructive if you get PowerShare (4k towards installation and 2.5k for equipment) & light bar. If none of those extras interest you have nothing to lose by waiting in my opinion.
$4k install credit went away in May 2024.
$2.5k Powershare bundle credit is replaced by Free supercharging.

If the VIN # is over 30,000

With a lease buyout or business purchase another $7,500 off

That is a buy in my book

Only 6 weeks until summer and Tesla still has thousands of 2024 Cybertruck’s collecting dust around the country. It’s interesting to watch demand flip in such a short period of time.

Tesla needs to offer some serious incentives to move all remaining 2024 inventory.

$10k off sticker on new trucks and $12k off demo units + complimentary Supercharging for life should do the trick.

Tesla doesn't offer leases on inventory FS trucks though, need to arrange it 3rd party.
All terrain tires + white interior + FSD is $13,500 for new builds, so it is a deal.

Bingo! Down the road, the small difference in price will fade.

Unless intending an immediate buyout, leasing or financing an expensive vehicle in any way is a losing strategy. Put the same money away and pay cash when you can actually afford it. This is the best way to launch a financially successful life. Financing/leasing is betting against the house. A few have won due to propitious timing and external events, but it still isn’t a legitimate strategy.

Yea FSD on that list also.
Granted as someone who has bought two Teslas with FSD it is not YET worth $8,000, hopefully it will be soon.

But yea, with FSD in there, white, tires, etc is is a very compelling offer, and a no-brainer at this point if buying through a business.
