I took my truck in for first tire rotation this week and was advised they could not perform the rotation because of my running boards. Evidently their lift is not able to work properly with the running boards attached. Has anyone else experienced this?

15k on my tires have not rotated yet. Prolly should fronts about 1/2 warn while rears look new. Maybe I just buy a whole set and keep these 4 as spares.

That is correct. They cannot lift it with those type running boards on there.

They won't touch it, I also had to remove my rack once. I even signed a liability waiver, but nope.

Honestly, it’s not their fault. The designers of the running boards didn’t care to notice that they are blocking the lift points under the truck. I keep tools in my truck to remove the running boards just in case. Doesn’t take more than 10-20 min or so to remove them.

Look under your truck. The mounting screw holes are on the jack pad. The design engineers didn't think ahead to a big jack head needing that area. You will need a piece of 2x4 to support the jack.
