It's a shame that the CT is going to go down as a failure, because of reasons.
Nah, lots of people were waiting for FS to end (I was one of those), lots more are/were waiting for the tax credit (which will either happen or go away entirely soon), even more are waiting a little while for prices to drop and bugs to get worked out. They’ll sell like hotcakes in 2025.

This is the greatest vehicle ever conceived and will be flooding the streets in the near future.

Agreed!!! It has everything no one ever thought of, a frunk, 4 WS, sails for the Bed, air suspension, no stalks, no door handles, stainless steel that looks perfect and doesn’t need paint, an adequate dashboard and an interior that looks like nothing else. It truly is amazing!!

Divesting is a good strategy for journalists.

Also, with the CEO having legal problems, and the lack of growth the last two years, it's reasonable to get out and move to something growing more,

It's a shame that the CT is going to go down as a failure, because of reasons.
The reasons being that it's selling more units than any other EV truck? That it's got the most profit per vehicle of any EV manufacturer? What do you think they'll come up with?

It's definitely not just that. Frederic has been very critical toward Tesla ever since he bought an early Model 3 Performance just before the price drop (Performance Upgrade Package was ~$5500, later Tesla rolled PUP into all M3Ps and he threw a fit). He never missed an opportunity to pounce on any negative Tesla story.

Electrek used to be a decent place to get Tesla and EV news, but now it's heavily biased against Tesla. Just read the comments section of any Tesla-related article. All the negative comments get upvoted and anything positive about the company gets downvoted to oblivion.

I hear that a lot-diversify your portfolio: Tesla is brilliantly diversified=Auto, Energy, Optimus, insurance, FSD/Autonomous & software.
Tell that to their year over year sales growth.

Either way, it's irrelevant to journalists divesting in the companies they're covering.

Given the problematic roll out of the Cybertruck, buffing out the Foundation Series logo will probable be a good idea when it's time to sell your Cybertruck. Now if you have one of the first hundred produced with no miles and mint condition I'd leave the logo.

Not if you actually read the reason why he states he sold the shares. Tesla diverging from its original mission to accelerate the adoption of EVs.

This article might be the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard and if you believe it you probably think the earth is flat also!
I’m starting to wonder about you @Mini2nut? Your threads are always negative CT things.
