When I took delivery my Tonneau cover wasn't working correctly. My delivery-person went into the service menu and clearly navigated to the Tonneau calibration - which quickly addressed the issue. Now - 2 weeks later - it's sticking again. I'm assuming I can't go into the service menu - is this something logging an appointment could resolve - or ideally - be resolved remotely?
