Is it possible to run a 6/3 wire to a sub panel and power it with the 240v outlet from the bed of my CT? I'm looking at powering my plasma cutter and welder in an outdoor workshop (off grid). I need to run about 100-125 feet 6/3 UF wire in conduit to my work area. At the truck side I would wire the 6/3 to a NEMA 14-50 plug and use that to plug right into the bed outlet. Is this safe to do providing I'm not pulling more than 40A at a time?
