Did you not read the email in this thread? This is what Tesla offered. You're expected to find an electrician but you order it from the store with the coupon code they give you.
I got that email too and marked yes for both questions. I assume you would get the $700 credit at a minimum but I don't know what they are doing.
Their lack of timely communication and sometimes no communication at all has me at the point of throwing my hands up and saying - forget it.
100% agree. But I have no idea how to contact them about this.
The original Foundation package included both the Universal Wall Connector and a Gateway v3.
a $700 credit to their store does not equal the same thing. That only covers the Universal Wall Charger. Whoever is running this program isn’t thinking things through.
As a Foundation CT owner, even if we don’t need a v3 gateway since our home already have the compatible equipment, we should still have the v3 gateway available for us in our Tesla account.
In case we move houses and need to install it to new resident. Or at the best least, be able to gift it or convert into a store credit equivalent.

I got the same email. I have PowerWall 2s, gateway V2 and Gen 3 Wall Connector (wifi connected, not universal). Apparently I have all of the hardware I need.
You have to get a large X following and tweet Elon for Tesla customer service
I haven't got it yet, not sure how to request it.
