I was thinking the winch as well, as my truck now has one and has pulled me out of some stuff, but they draw a huge amount...so I think I'll be just trying to use my hi-lift instead...slow and steady wins right?
remember the cybertruck is a 48 volt system NOT 12 volt.. sooo with 4 X the voltage you are going to use a LOT less amps to power that winch.

since elon said “85% 48v architecture“ I full anticipate the accessory battery to be a 16v Tesla brand and as such a traditional winch is gonna be doable. Which is both good and bad. Much higher a draw = bad. Open marketplace for reliable winches = good.
all of my fleet run the harbor freight apex 12000 winch and I can say for sure they are just good as any modern warn and they can occasionally be had for 1/3rd the price. The remote is better.
they also come with a basic, yet reliable disconnect which IMO is absolutely essential for any winch

I like the rack crossbar(as per pick above) to be set a bit further back. Just so I don't have to bend to get onto the truck as I step on.

All I need is a winch, rock rails, and an option for powder coated bumpers.

The truck will lower itself. You will not need a 'side stepper'. You will just sit in the truck.

It's depend on how low it gets.

Maybe I messed up the question was accessories. But I think these should be available as optional.

Strippers. Strippers should definitely be an option.
