I get the impression that Elon, Franz and team don’t drink much. My wife always uses both of the central cup holders and Puts junk on her door ‘bottle holder’ leaving me with the door bottle holder (and a bottle of course). I would like 2 more in the front myself, or at least one up near the steering wheel.

no, it is and has seemed high, esp in the rear

below is first the 2019 unveil proto then the pre-production, followed by an F150 comparison

note that the CT window line comes to a few inches above the top of the back rest, while the F150 comes to a several inches below there

My 2019 Ram had surprisingly useful cup holders in the doors. I usually won't use door cup holders because of poor design and do not hold cups/drinks well but the Ram's did a great job.

Hopefully we will see the same with the CT

too bad the center console doesn't flip back to add an extra seat, however I guess you need a permanent console for storage and this way the seats will be more comfortable and better fitting than a bench.

I guess they discussed the pros and cons after the initial presentation and came to the concusion that families of 6 are pretty rare these days. Good thing my 4 kids are grown up and have their own rides lol.

It looks like they equipped the Cybertruck with a training yoke. Kind of like training wheels on a bicycle but for drivers who are having trouble learning new things.

It does look like the center console is really deep. Hopefully there is a ton of room for storage inside it.
